Cockroaches can fight Superbugs (MRSA)

God is great!!!,,,,,,,,,,,,

Cockroaches are often regarded as a disgusting animal, because it is identical to the places where dirty and unhygienic, you now need to give thanks to these ridiculous animals. Because according to new research cockroaches can fight superbugs such as MRSA and Escherichia coli (E. coli).

Based on research from the University Nortingham Simon Lee, UK, cockroaches and grasshoppers contain a powerful antibiotic molecule in their brain that can be used to develop new treatments against Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and E. Coli.

In many countries MRSA (bacteria resistant to antibiotic drugs) has become a problem. MRSA caused 50 percent of all infections acquired from hospitals in the United States. In some European countries, on average 20,000 people die each year and about 10 percent of them had MRSA.

In research on cockroaches and locusts, scientists have identified up to nine different molecules and has the potential to be toxic to these super bacteria. The researchers also hope will pave the way for new treatments for a variety of drug resistant bacterial infections.

Based on the study to, brain tissue and nervous system of this insect can kill more than 90% of MRSA and E.coli bacteria, without harming human cells. Simon Lee, who will present his work at the meeting of the Association of Public Institution for Microbiology in Nottingham, said: "We hope that these molecules could eventually be developed into treatments for E. coli and MRSA infections are increasingly resistant to current drugs."

"The results of this study is also a potential new antibiotics could provide an alternative to drugs currently available and quite effective but have serious side effects and undesirable," said Lee.

Increased resistance to antibiotics due to the use of an inappropriate and self-medication, patient adherence, such as discontinuation of treatment, hygiene management is not enough, and do not follow proven practices.

“Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1” Track Down and Destroy the Secret to Voldemort’s

Harry, Ron and Hermione set out on their perilous mission to track down and destroy the secret to Voldemort’s immortality and destruction – the Horcruxes.

On their own and on the run, the three friends must now rely on one another more than ever…but Dark Forces in their midst threaten to tear them apart. Meanwhile the wizarding world has become a dangerous place.

The long-feared war has begun and the Dark Lord has seized control of the Ministry of Magic and even Hogwarts, terrorizing and arresting all who might oppose him. The Chosen One has become the hunted one as the Death Eaters search for Harry with orders to bring him to Voldemort…alive.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part I is a brooding, slower-paced film than its predecessors, the result of being just one half of the final story (the last book in the series was split into two movies, released in theaters eight months apart).

Because the penultimate film is all buildup before the final showdown between the teen wizard and the evil Voldemort (which does not occur until The Deathly Hallows, Part II), Part I is a road-trip movie, a heist film, a lot of exposition, and more weight on its three young leads, who up until now were sufficiently supported by a revolving door of British thesps throughout the series. Now that all the action takes place outside Hogwarts--no more Potions classes, Gryffindor scarves, or Quidditch matches--Daniel Radcliffe (Harry), Emma Watson (Hermione), and Rupert Grint (Ron) shoulder the film almost entirely on their own.

After a near-fatal ambush by Voldemort's Death Eaters, the three embark on a quest to find and destroy the remaining five horcruxes (objects that store pieces of Voldemort's soul). Fortunately, as the story gets more grave--and parents should be warned, there are some scenes too frightening or adult for young children--so does the intensity.

David Yates, who directed the Harry Potter films Order of the Phoenix and The Half-Blood Prince, drags the second half a little, but right along with some of the slower moments are some touching surprises (Harry leading Hermione in a dance, the return of Dobby in a totally non-annoying way).

Deathly Hallows, Part I will be the most confusing for those not familiar with the Potter lore, particularly in the shorthand way characters and terminology weave in and out. For the rest of us, though, watching these characters over the last decade and saying farewell to a few faces makes it all bittersweet that the end is near (indeed, an early scene in which Hermione casts a spell that makes her Muggle parents forget her existence, in case she doesn't return, is particularly emotional).

Despite its challenges, Deathly Hallows, Part I succeeds in what it's most meant to do: whet your appetite for the grand conclusion to the Harry Potter series. --Ellen A. Kim

Wow!!! Losses due to Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan reached 309 billion U.S. dollars

That Number are very fantastic, $309 billion U.S. Dollar???. Wow!!Hantu. .

The Japanese government, as reported by AP news agency on Wednesday (March 23, 2011), said the losses due to earthquake and tsunami that struck the country early this month could reach U.S. $ 309 billion.

Can you count them correctly, hehe.. that’s a lot of money.

It is a calculation of the Cabinet Office of Japan from total devastation that occurred in infrastructure, residential buildings, and offices in Japan.

The Japanese government plans to inject fresh funds into banks as loan funds for companies that are trying to rise from the devastating disaster. The funds are planned to be taken from emergency fund of U.S. $ 135 billion, which is prepared at the breaking of Lehman Brothers in 2008. In addition, Tokyo is also currently preparing soft loans amounting to U.S. $ 122 billion to help companies that were damaged by earthquake.

Good news,,,I hope everyone can re-live their lives as before, and no one tried to take advantage of this disaster.

Valuable Lessons from the Japanese Earthquake 2011

March 11, 2011 Japan has been rocked by such a devastating earthquake, 8.9 on Richter scale.

tsunami 2011 japan

8.9 Richter scale earthquake is a very great size, could damage any buildings within radius of hundreds of kilometers. You can imagine how much damage it caused.

One thing that makes this natural disaster from getting worse is the destruction of nuclear power plant building.

japan earthquake 2011

Complications resulting damage will be more severe and long and widespread impact if not handled properly.

Nuclear radiation is likely to spread to various countries.

We are very concerned with natural and humanitarian disasters that happen in Japan. Help our friends in Japan with the help of what we might have.

If you have excess energy, help with energy. If you have more material, help with the property you have. if you do not have anything to donate, Helps our friends in Japan with a prayer.

No matter how small our help, would be very meaningful for those who really need it.

factory building has collapsed japan earthquake 2011

Many parts of the Japanese state has been razed to the ground due to tsunami. Help people of Japan to rebuild their home again, so they can live decent again and forget the incident.

Sendai Airport after tsunami 2011

Events that impinge on nuclear power plant has made us all understand and comprehend how big the risk it causes. For that we need a more in-depth research to find a safe alternative energy to meet world demand for energy.

Wind-turbine and water-turbine generator need to be researched more deeply in order to produce a large energy with the smallest possible physical form. As we know that to generate  3MW electricity required one hectare area, that's mean generator building height needed is reach 100 meters high.

German Scientists Developed Car Driven with Driver's Brain

German scientists have developed a car that can be used without the need driven. driver's brain would determine the direction and the vehicle was moving as desired.

The driver was wearing a special headset - originally designed for video games - which have sensors and connected to the vehicle electronic devices wirelessly.

Brain driver only needs to "think" like "turn left", "turn right" and added speed.Surprised smile

Equipment named BrainDriver worked with to get input from a variety of video cameras in vehicles, radars and sensors. The supply of such data can provide 3-dimensional views of the surrounding cars.

Special headset consists of 16 sensors that charge capture the brain electromagnetic signals.

Computer translated the signal. In the pilot, the driver can steer left or right turning vehicles although there is little lag between the time you give the command to move the vehicle.

In the 2nd test, the vehicle was "trained" to recognize the turn left, turn right, plus the gas and brake pressure.

The project was conducted by a team AutoNOMOS, one unit of the Artificial Intelligence Group, which owned Freie Universität in Berlin.

The researchers suggested their work a new concept and "still far from the engine control technology with the brain.

Luxury Electric Car Will Launch Soon

Super luxury car manufacturer Rolls-Royce will launch soon their electric car.

The price? zero-emission vehicle is said to be priced around 1 million pounds. He will be introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in early March. The name of the pass is EXP 102, EXP stands for "experimental."

Rolls-Royce Phantom is based on the type that cost 300 thousand pounds. Daily Mail writes that the vehicle battery can be recharged using household electricity.

Usually, the Rolls-Royce will introduce the vehicle "experimental" it to the whole world, especially for the superrich. After that, they opened a new order and start producing.

The manufacturer based in Goodwood, Sussex, England, said "Today, Rolls-Royce Motor justify the development of the 102EX, Phantom is entirely powered by electricity, to be introduced at the Geneva Motor Show on March 1, 2011."

102EX will undergo testing throughout 2011 to generate important research data for decision making regarding alternative drive-trains for Rolls-Royce Cars.

mechanical energy absorbing aluminum able to reduce car accident victims

Soft hood and curl up into the moment of collision is believed to be able to save the life of the victim who was hit from the front of the car.

The scientists developed a "mechanical energy absorbing aluminum" in the sheet metal. Gazette will be sinking into.

The technology is believed to significantly reduce the victims of the cyclists and pedestrians if hit by a vehicle.

"Pedestrian-friendly hood" was developed by scientists at Cellbond with colleagues at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge.

One vehicle manufacturers have expressed interest to use the technology on their vehicles, but the researchers did not want to mention the plant.

Professor Hassan Shirvani from Anglia Ruskin University, said the pilot was designed to reduce head injury by 60 percent of the victims of a collision.

"When a collision, pedestrians have a dynamic force on the hood," he said. "If the collision kinetic energy is not absorbed by the hood of the engine will experience a force equivalent to that caused injuries."

Technology absorb bump on the head between 50 and 60 percent through the soft structure. 20 percent of victims killed in traffic accidents in Europe are pedestrians and cyclists.

Maruti will be the flying car from india

An Indian inventor boast  that he can makes car fly into a reality. "Raw materials" it is a hatchback Maruti 800 cc of the rotor blades fitted on the roof and the tire is replaced with "vacuum section.

The vehicle was to be one of the stars in the Aero India 2011 in Bangalore.

Maruti is the vehicle of Indian origin who in 80'an made by Suzuki. Vehicles that become the basis for the dream of the inventor, AK Vishwanath (52).

16 years he's been working on it and Fly Maruti vehicles that he can ride upright (vertical lift-off) and have been tested in wind tunnels.

AK Vishwanath So far they have yielded 40 patents. His inspiration, among others, from the ability of flying bees.

He explained that the first vehicle that uses electric generator and the engine pumping "energy flow" for lift-off and fly surf.

B'Lorean Vishwanath give the company name, derived from "B" to the place of origin, Bangalore, and the famous DeLorean sports car in the movie Back To The Future.

Unfortunately, Maruti Flying was not really flying, so many people are skeptical. Vehicles were not allowed to broadcast until a certificate of India Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).

Vishwanath said several companies had approached to finance the project but he said "Talk to the business only after all the design in the wrong paperwork."

Flying Car like Ghostbuster vehicles???

Previously, some delusional old thinkers who appeared in Tomorrow's World or Blue Peter, showing off some floating hatchback or with-wings-Cortina. They boasted it would become a reality but in fact never existed.

Finally, there is an easy car to be flown, taking ordinary gasoline and actually exists.

Guardian reported, Roadable Aircraft Transition flying car created by an American company Terrafugia, were airborne and able to switch between driving and flying in about 20 seconds.

Well, finally, in 2011, there are measures of other companies. This year the American company called Terrafugia will "produce low-volume" Transition Roadable Aircraft.

This original car, not a delusional, can be bought and actually flying car. The car was a bit like Ghostbuster vehicles with folding wings and will be priced between 125,000 pounds and 160,000 pounds. Carl Dietrich, CEO Terrafugis hopes to sell 200 per year.

"Many people say they never thought the car was actually produced. However, we already have and now can drive and fly, and change between them in 20 seconds," said Dietrich.

Terrafugia (Latin for "escape from land") was founded by Dietrich and a team that includes pilots and aeronatika engineers .

Partly funded by the United States Department of Defense, and they already secretly working on the vehicle in Woburn, Mass., since 2006, and is now almost ready to start selling.

new Transition Owners must have 20 hours of flight before getting permission mechanical flapping wings and take off.

Colonel Phil Meeter, the first person to fly the Transition in the trial in upstate New York in 2009, saying "My daughter can do this! Anyone can do it!" Meeter said.

flying car has a range of less than 500 miles (enough for a flight from London to Zurich, Switzerland) and will run at a speed of 115mph.

American companies that target the American consumer. Terrafugia flying car equipped to accommodate luxury.

The car has a touch-screen controls in the cockpit, and "cargo area of a golf club." With wings tucked-up Transition mode can be filled regular gasoline at the gas station and parked in the garage usual. The car also has a parachute that has a built-in.

Peugeot 308 facelift micro-hybrid

Peugeot 308 facelift launched in the UK, with a fresh appearance and armed with new technology that is more environmentally friendly. No half-hearted, given the many choices consumers 308 forms, ranging from the hatchback, station wagon, coupe Cabriolet, plus the variant GT.

For machinery, 308 equipped with eight brand-new option, consisting of four petrol and three diesel engines, all Euro 5 standard. Tech diesel micro-hybrid e-HDi Stop & Start is claimed to reduce exhaust gas levels to 98 grams per kilogram. Thus, the engine will off when in idle condition.

308 latest body design combines the look of 508 and SR1 concept car. The main changes occur at the touch of LEDs on the headlights lined face 308 makes more dynamic and elegant. Also, design changes grille, fog lamps and rear lights that look more fresh.

All variants are equipped with standard features offered air conditioning, electric windows with child safety and central door locking. For safety, the unit provided the ESP (Electronic Stability Programme), ABS, EBFD, ABS, six point SMART airbags.

Synthetic Gasoline is it Really Safe???

The fuel used by Cella Energy is hydrogen base. Just a different way of packaging or shape. Hydrogen is no longer cooled or thawed. Because it also does not need high pressure tank.

Cella Energy exploit the advantages of nano-structures. Furthermore, hydrogen or hydride packed with coaxial electrospinning process with micro-fibers of the polymer. Twenty-third fiber size diameter of a human hair. Furthermore, the structure of the hydride fuel is encased by the polymer core. The exterior serves as a safety and protective hydrides, as well as a filter (chemistry). Therefore, this concept is considered 100 percent safe plus the cost of production is cheaper.

In this way, hydrogen refilling can be done in a few minutes only, such as gasoline or diesel. It takes only a few modifications. It is said, can also be used in vehicles with fuel cell system (hydrogen present).

tank for this fuel or synthetic gasoline is still the conventional form and are placed as the position now. Because it does not require high pressure or low temperature, the existing infrastructure can be directly used.

The concept is the same as pouring the additive into gasoline. Density or energy content can be tailored to the needs of the industry!

Synthetic Gasoline Only 1.50 U.S. dollars???

According to Stephen Voller, CEO of Energy Cella, high energy content of synthetic gasoline is very high and is packaged as capsules using nanostruktur technique called “coaxial electrospraying”.

This synthetic gasoline was cheaper compared with the results of mining gasoline, only 1.50 U.S. dollars per gallon!!!.

Synthetic gasoline was discovered by a British company, Cella Energy. The technology was developed from material that is called “complex hydrides”. Synthetic fuel development process has been going on for four years in a highly secret program at the famous laboratory, Rutherd Appleton Laboratory near Oxford, England.

Another plus, can be directly used on current gasoline engine without modification and does not generate carbon emissions. Well, of course you can imagine, the hope of conventional machine manufacturer can live again when threatened by an electric car.

“We have developed micro-fuel pellets that can be used on machines that were using gasoline. Can be used without having to modify the engine, “said Voller.

Because it comes from hydrogen, combustion process produces no carbon emissions. Research to find gasoline is led by Professor Stephen Bennington, in collaboration with scientists from University College London and University of Oxford.

“Our technology comes from the material called” complex hydrides’, namely hydrogen. Packaged like a capsule with a unique process (patented). Therefore, storage and handling easier and safer than the gasoline used today. “clear professor Stephen Bennington who became Head of Research at the Cella Energy.

1998-99: winner of 41 titles of dirt track and long track in Australia

As a toddler Casey Stoner displayed a passion and talent for motorbike riding that was extraordinary, even by the standards of his bike-mad family. By the age of three he'd already graduated from pushing his older sister's (Kelly) 50cc Peewee around the yard to taking his first ride on his own.

At four years of age Casey competed in his first race in the under 9s category at the Hatchers dirt racing track on the Gold Coast. By the age of six he had won his first Australia title. Many, many hours of riding, travelling and long nights working on bikes followed. Between the ages of 6 and 14 Casey raced all over Australia, travelling with his father (Colin), mother (Bronwyn) and sister (Kelly).
In that time Casey won 41 Australian dirt and long track titles and over 70 State titles, riding up to 5 bikes at a meeting in different capacity categories.

Casey could not legally road race in Australia until he was 16, but had decided he was ready for the challenge. So the decision was made to move to England where Casey was already of legal age to race. A big risk to take, but it paid off.
Casey was lucky enough and talented enough to attract immediate sponsorship after just one race in England. He went on to take out the English 125cc Aprilia Championship in 2000, in his first year of road racing.
In that year he also raced two rounds of the Spanish 125cc Championship. It was there he was noticed by GP great Alberto Puig. Alberto was impressed by Casey's determination and skill and invited him to race for the Telefonica Movistar Team in the 125cc Spanish Championships the next year.

In 2001 Casey raced in both the English and Spanish championships in the same year managing to come second in both championships. In that same year he was also granted wildcard entries into the MotoGP 125cc world series, in both England and Australia.
Straight onto a 250cc machine in his rookie year, and at only 16 years of age, Casey demonstrated his ability and speed with results. His best result for the year was a 5th at Brno as well as several 6th place finishes.

In 2003 he went on to ride for Lucio and Safilo Oxydo LCR in the 125cc GP series and took four podium finishes and his first race win, in Valencia, at the end of the season. His first win in a GP race was a huge turning point for Casey and his career.
In 2004, at 18 years of age, Casey moved to KTM for a season where he helped to develop the team's 125cc bike into a winning machine. That year he made it to the podium six times and took KTM's first ever win in a GP class.
2005 saw Casey once again come back under the welcoming umbrella of Lucio Cecchinello's team, this time riding an official 250cc Aprilia.
Finally in 2006, at twenty years of age, Casey accomplished his long held ambition of racing in MotoGP, the fastest and most prestigious of the classes. He set pole position in his second MotoGP race in Qatar and battled for the win until the final corner in the GP of Turkey, finishing runner-up just a fraction behind winner Melandri. Too many errors conditioned the second part of the year, but Casey, in finishing eighth overall in his rookie MotoGP season, demonstrated that he was in amongst the elite group, of which he is the youngest rider.

In 2007 Casey Stoner has joined the Ducati MotoGP Team alongside Loris Capirossi, with whom he has struck up a good friendship. In winter testing he has often been amongst the pacesetters and has proved to have rapidly adapted to the Desmosedici GP7 and Bridgestone tyres. Stoner won the first grand prix of the season, the first ever 800cc grand prix, and had his first win in the MotoGP class. After that the young Australian took other nine wins, four further podium finished and scored five pole positions. On September 23rd, in Japan, Stoner secured Ducati's first MotoGP World Championship becoming the first rider in over 30 years to win the MotoGP title on a European made bike and the second youngest premier-class World Champion, after American legend Freddie Spencer who won his title in 1983, and at the time was 84 days younger than the 21 year old Stoner.

The following year Stoner set out to defend his title and began his quest with a fantastic victory in the first GP to be held at night, in Qatar, but this was followed by a series of highs and lows that saw him lose ground in the classification. Improvement towards the end of the season with two podiums and another two convincing wins, in Australia and at the final round in Valencia, meant that Stoner closed the season as the vice-champion of 2008 with the highest ever points score. Ducati is the manufacturer to have taken the most victories thus far in the 800cc class, with 17 wins in 36 races.

In 2009 Stoner is again involved in the fight for the MotoGP title, in a season that is characterized by both successes and difficult moments. The Australian rider, after the success of the opening race and his first podium at Jerez with Ducati, also awards the Italian manufacturer with its first ever win at Mugello. Unfortunately for Casey, he is hindered by a physical problem that forces him to sit out three races mid-season. It is a very difficult decision for the Australian, which eliminates his chances of winning the title. Stoner steps onto the podium at Estoril and then wins the next two races in Australian and Malaysia. Casey concludes 2009 in fourth position but knows he has regained his speed and physical strength. In the post-race testing at Valencia he appears to be very much at ease with the innovations introduced by Filippo Preziosi and Ducati's technicians for the GP10 bike.

WR450F and YZ450F fill two of three positions for 2011 Dakar rally

The Quad category has seen Yamaha YFM700R machinery dominant with seven of the first ten classified riders reaching the end of Stage 5. The listing his headed by Alejandro Patronelli. The Argentine is attempting his second Dakar after winning two stages and finishing second to his brother in 2010. Last year’s victor, Marcos, lost all hope of defending his title after receiving a six hour penalty after Stage 1 and had to retire in stage 4 after injuring his knee but Alejandro has been flying the flag admirably for the family name and hasn’t dropped out of the top two in the general standings for four of the five stages; arriving first in two. “I’m exhausted and it has been a hard race so far but this is the Dakar and I will keep on pushing with this rhythm,” he said. Countrymen Tomas Maffei and Sebastian Halpern are running second and third respectively. One of the few female entrants, Franco-Italian Camelia Liparoti (using a YFM700R), is presently fifteenth from twenty Quad riders still in the rally.

A special mention must go to former six-times Dakar winner with Yamaha Stephane Peterhansel who is second in the car division and has not dropped out of the top three for the entire contest.

450km of sand and further off-road tracks lie in wait for the special stage 6 until the break in the town of Arica, near the Peruvian border. The pause in the schedule will permit valuable rest and recuperation time as well as a chance for mechanical repair.

2011 dakar rally

Today (Friday 7th) the 33rd Dakar rally will reach its sixth stage of fourteen and the crucial ‘rest day’ before the punishing trek back into Argentina from Chile. Over several thousand kilometres of diverse terrain and the harsh demands of the Atacama Desert have been completed so far and Yamaha can look towards a decent outing from the Yamaha Racing France Ipone team whose riders Helder Rodrigues and Jordi Viladoms fill two of three positions for WR450F and YZ450F technology in the top ten of the bike category.

Rodrigues suffered a tyre problem and a delay with assistance in the early phases of the rally (although he admirably completed the opening stage with used rubber) and has since been playing catch-up. The Portuguese – who was fourth overall in 2010 – currently lies fifth after consistent progress and is three positions in front of America’s Jonah Street (Team Jonah Street/JVO) with Viladoms in ninth. Sadly Frenchman Olivier Pain (team-mate of Rodrigues and Viladoms) had to withdraw from the race after a fall on Stage 4 led to a broken wrist. The experienced Enduro rider scored three top-five positions before getting ready for stage 5 and was aiming for a stage win yesterday. Passing Way Point 8 at 218km of the 423km long stint in first position, Olivier crashed at 231km of the stage and was forced to retire.

“I saw that the Pain had fallen and Marc Coma was already with him,” said Rodrigues after reaching the bivouac yesterday. “Even so I had to stop to make sure he was well because this is more important than anything else and fortunately his accident was not very grave. Afterwards I continued but I confess that it was hard to find my concentration again and get on the right trail. It could have been better but tomorrow we continue in the Atacama- my preferred terrain – so I hope I can fight for the lead and get near the podium.”

Permainan “Tim Sepak Bola Nasional Indonesia”, Sampai Kapan Terus Mengecewakan ???

Sedih sekali rasanya melihat pertandingan final Piala Suzuki AFF Cup 2010 semalam.

Ayo Dukung Timnas Indonesia!!! Hajar Malaysia Dengan Sportif

Mata Firman Utina kena laser warna hijau

bukti suporter Malaysia melakukan tindakan tercela

nb: Jangan ditiru!!! hargai pengorbanan Timnas Indonesia dengan bersikap sportif dan menjungjung tinggi semangat Fair Play agar kita kalah atau menang dengan terhormat.

Indonesia Harus Mengalahkan Malaysia Dengan Selisih Skor 4-0 Kalau Masih Ingin Menjadi Juara Piala AFF
